All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High-Volume Periods:
During busy periods such as sales events or Black Friday, processing times may be extended to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location.

Carrier Delays:
Bower Oral Care is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

Return Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened and unused.

Requirements:

  • Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition.

  • Opened or used products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
